“Someone types your invoices in by hand.”
Document extraction
Invoices, delivery notes and contracts read and entered into your software.
AI tools for businesses
I design custom tools for businesses that lose hours to data entry and document processing.
What I build
“Someone types your invoices in by hand.”
Invoices, delivery notes and contracts read and entered into your software.
“We pay invoices we don't have time to check.”
Order, delivery and invoice checked against each other. Only the discrepancies are flagged.
“A file comes back because a document was missing.”
Missing documents and inconsistencies caught before anything goes out.
“Three people go through the same inbox.”
Emails and forms qualified and routed, with routine replies drafted.
“A quote takes two hours and goes out three days late.”
A customer's brief becomes a priced quote, ready for review.
“We pass on tenders because we have no time to respond.”
Your past responses assembled into a first draft.
“The answer exists, but nobody knows where.”
Documentation, history and procedures you can query in a single sentence.
“Decisions get lost between meetings.”
Meetings summarized, decisions and action items extracted, follow-ups scheduled.
“The prototype has impressed everyone for six months, and nobody uses it.”
A half-working prototype made reliable and connected to your tools.
Demos
These are demos: they show how I design a tool, not a client's actual files. Yours would be built on your documents and your rules. The screens are in French.
Supplier invoices
Invoices come in, are read and matched against the purchase order. Only the ones that don't match need a decision.
Incoming requests
Each message is routed to the right person, with a reply already drafted when the case is a routine one.
Internal documentation
A technician asks a question in plain language. Every sentence of the answer cites the document, page and date it comes from.
Tenders
The specification is broken down into requirements, and each one draws on past bids to produce a first draft.
About me
I was a senior AI engineer at LightOn, a French startup that builds AI for document search, deployed at major industrial companies and public administrations.
That was my full-time work, after seven years of building software. Today I do it for businesses that don't have an AI team.
You talk to the person who writes the code. Not a salesperson, not a project manager.
FAQ
You decide, and both extremes are possible.
In practice we mix the two: the sensitive contract stays with you, the meeting notes can go out. Document by document, decided during scoping.
I deliver it tested and monitored, with a way to take back control when the machine gets it wrong, and two months of fixes after go-live.
Scoping puts a figure on what the task costs you today and what the tool will cost. The build then runs at a fixed price, with no meter of billable days running. Only AI models and hosting are passed on at cost, with no markup.
I build it with the people who do the task, and they are the ones who decide what they let it do.
Five days of scoping, then six weeks on average from go-ahead to go-live. Scoping stands on its own: you leave with its plan even if you have someone else build it.
2026 pricing
What the task costs you today, and what a tool would change.
The tool built, connected to your software, and put into production for good.
The tool monitored, fixed and fine-tuned, month after month.
Prices exclude taxes; EU businesses: VAT reverse-charged. AI models and hosting are passed on at cost, with no markup, and you get their estimated amount as soon as scoping ends.
A generic assistant helps everyone on their own. It doesn't remove a single task.
Also
Hosting, domain name, security and your changes.
That is where my business started, and I still build them. A custom business website, live in five days, easy to find on Google and in AI assistants.
